Dynamic Workflows Service

The Dynamic Workflows Service is designed to facilitate the creation and management of customizable business workflows tailored to all implementation-specific needs. This service allows for the creation and management of dynamic workflow definitions, typically used for integration customizations. It also manages the state of workflow instances while they are in progress.

A variety of pre-built workflows, both hosted and client-side, are included out-of-the-box with the ArcFM XI series. With the assistance of Technical Support, these workflows can be modified, and new ones created, to suit your requirements.

Hosted Workflows

Hosted workflows run on a persistent state machine in the cloud, capable of communicating with external services and messages via our message broker (Azure Service Bus).

Client-Side Workflows

These workflows are executed by our XI series products and are often used to meet specific customization needs for your organization.

Workflow Administration

Administration of these workflows is governed by a role-based architecture, ensuring that access and modifications are securely managed based on user roles.
