ArcFM XI Series Tenants

The tenant we give you is a piece of storage space in the Azure cloud. This tenant is like an apartment in a large building. Each customer tenant is an apartment, with GIS data as its furniture and belongings. This data is securely locked behind its tenant door and uses Azure technology to provide keys for keeping each tenant separate and safely accessible.

Your ArcFM organizational tenant gives you these configuration options:

  • Test and production

  • Development, test, and production

  • Development, staging, and production

  • Development, test, staging, and production

The first step in using the ArcFM XI series of apps is to complete the Request a Tenant form. The Tenant Requests topic provides a wealth of information about tenants and where to access the form. Submitting this form launches a communication channel between you and the Schneider Electric team so we can begin meeting your ArcFM XI needs.

To enable the secure, scalable, and efficient operation of ArcFM XI series products, we host a variety of back-end services in Microsoft Azure. An on-premises solution means you provide and maintain server machines that further impacts your total cost of ownership. Storing information in the cloud lets us use advanced tools that improve the visibility of the overall system status and event logs that are not available in an on-premises solution.
