Role Permissions Management

Roles in the Asset Management System represent what the workspace admin can configure for users. The Role settings tab lets you match each user with their applicable read, append, update, and delete roles.

List of default Resource names:

• Assets

• Users

• All dashboards

• All scenarios

• Own dashboards

• Own scenarios

• Asset type

• Workspace config

All resource names can be configured for business needs. To modify role permissions for each resource:

1. From the left hand menu, click Role settings.

2. Under each Resource name, enable Read, Append, Update, and Delete for each role listed across the top.

   

3. Continue down the list until all roles have been modified.
