Archive Explorer

Responder allows you to build an archive of incidents along with customer calls, tags, crew activities, and incident resolutions. You can view and edit this archived information using Archive Explorer.

If Archive Services is running, all closed incidents are automatically added to the Archive tables and made available in Archive Explorer.

Archive Explorer consists of three tabs:

  • Incidents

  • Tags and Grounds

  • Reports

Archive Explorer tools can be used with data on any of the three tabs.
