Customer Callbacks

Available in Responder Web Browser.

This page displays the next callback that requires attention (if there are any). Use the Callback Result field to select the result of the callback (e.g., power not restored, busy signal, wrong number, etc.). Use the Remarks field to provide information about the call (e.g., customer comments, etc.).

The tabs on this page provide additional information about the callback as well as the customer and the incident.

  • Previous Callback: Information about any prior callbacks related to the current incident.

  • Incident: Information about the incident such as hazards, confirmation status, and restoration time.

  • Previous Calls: Lists previous calls from that customer.

  • Previous Incidents: Lists any previous incidents for that customer.

  • Callback Status: Displays the overall callback status. This information is also provided on the Callback Status page.
