Add Network Level Field
This optional configuration allows you to display the Network Level field on records for customers who are part of an existing incident. When implemented, this field appears on the Customer Call page in the Responder web browser. By default, this field is hidden.
To add this Network Level field to the Customer Call form, follow the steps below.
- Open the Web.config file. This file is installed here: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Responder.
- Look for the following XML:
<add key="customerInput.ShowNetworkLevelInfo" value ="true"/>
- Set the value to true. By default, this value is set to false.
- Save and close Web.config.
The Network Level field is populated only if your geodatabase is properly configured and the incident devices have values assigned to the Network Level field in the geodatabase.
