Replacing the SD Card

All data logged by the Com’X is stored on the SD card.

Data is lost when you replace the SD card, which affects your ability to view historical data on board. It is recommended to back up the data if possible before replacing the SD card.

Contact Schneider Electric technical support to order the supported replacement SD card.

  • This equipment must only be installed and serviced by qualified personnel.

NOTICE
LOST DATA OR DATA CORRUPTION
Power down the Com’X before inserting or removing the SD card. Otherwise, the Com’X will lose the ability to log and publish data.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in lost or corrupt data.
  1. Power down the Com’X.
  2. Open the front cover and push down to remove the SD card.
  3. Insert the new SD card.
  4. Close the front cover and power up the Com’X.
  5. Log in to the Com’X and verify that the available storage in the banner reflects the SD card capacity.
