Web Pages
Issue | Possible Solution |

The web pages are not displayed correctly. | Check the screen resolution of your laptop. It must be set to at least 1280x1024. |
In Internet Explorer, check that the Display intranet sites in compatibility view box is disabled by selecting View settings compatibility in the Tools tab of Internet Explorer. | |

Firmware Upgrade
Issue | Possible Solution |

Firmware is not upgraded when managed through USB memory key plugged on front panel. | Delete the file DNxxxxxxxxxxxxx-xxx (where xxxxxxxxxxxxx-xxx is the serial number of the Com’X) registered at the root directory of the USB memory key. |
