Interconnect the UPS and the Maintenance Bypass Cabinet

  1. Remove the three M6 x 16 mm interconnection screws from the left side of the maintenance bypass cabinet. Save for interconnection.
  2. Position the UPS close to the maintenance bypass cabinet with a little free space between the cabinets.
  3. For bottom cable entry only: Remove the preinstalled DC cables from the maintenance bypass cabinet. DC cables are connected directly in the UPS for bottom cable entry.
  4. Route the preinstalled power cables from the maintenance bypass cabinet into the UPS. These preinstalled power cables must be connected in the UPS — follow the UPS installation manual to connect them correctly.
