Call History Report

Available in Responder Explorer.

A user can access a report for a list of previous calls and incidents a customer is associated with. The report does not include the current call, only those previously recorded. This information is similar to that found on the Previous Calls and Previous History tabs of a Customer Call in Responder Web. The report is displayed in a web browser.

You must have Archive Services running to view any previous call/incident information from Archive Explorer. Check with your administrator to ensure Archive Services are running.

  1. Select a call.
  2. Right-click and select Call History.

    The report is displayed in a web browser (see below).
