Confirm Incident Device
Available in Responder Explorer.
When a crew is dispatched to repair a suspected device outage, they can call in to confirm that the device is indeed inoperable. If you confirm an incident, any features associated with it are also confirmed. Likewise, if all the features associated with an incident are confirmed, the incident is also confirmed.
To confirm an incident device, do one of the following:
- Right-click an incident or an incident device (electric
or non-network) and select Confirm.
If Confirm is not available on an incident or feature, it may already be confirmed.
- In the Confirmed field of the Edit Incident form, select Yes.
