Customer Outages Report

Available in Responder Explorer.

A user can access a report for a list of customers affected by an outage via the incident by right-clicking the incident and selecting Customer Outages Report. The report is displayed in a web browser.

NOTE: To run this report in Excel format, see the Running the Customer Outages Report topic for more information.
  1. Select an incident.
  2. Right-click and select Customer Outages Report.

    The report is displayed in a web browser (see below).
