Exclude Restored Incidents for Open Calls

You can exclude customer calls that have a Time Restore value when viewing the Open Calls page in Responder Web.

IMPORTANT: This configuration applies only to the calls list on the Open Calls page.

To not include restored customer calls on the Open Calls page, look for the following XML in Web.config. By default, this file is installed in: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Responder.

    <add key="openCalls.showRestoredCalls" value="true" />

Set value to false. Calls with a Time Restore value will not appear on the Open Calls page.
