PatchLocation

A patchlocation represents a place where fiber optic service is delivered. These locations are modeled as junction features (single point feature) on the geometric network. These locations have one or more patch panels as well as one or more devices. These features are distinct from DeviceLocations in that they are typically more complex and will always have at least one patch panel.
