Integration Roles

Responder Integration Framework provides default user roles for each integration type. The roles are assigned to a user to grant that user permission to perform specific operations and tasks in RxIF. 

AMI Service

AMI Service integrations have the following roles, operations and tasks:

  • Role: Dispatcher

    • Dispatchers can perform the RxInt Ping Meter and Dispatcher Data Access tasks.

    • The RxInt Ping Meter task can complete the RXINT_PING_METER operation.

    • The Dispatcher Data Access task can complete the RXINT_PING_REQUEST_METERS and RXINT_PING_REQUESTS operations.

CIS Sync

CIS Sync integrations have the following roles, operations and tasks:

  • Role: Edit Customer Information

    • Edit Customer Information role can perform the Edit Customer Data task.

    • Edit Customer Data task can complete the RX_CUSTOMERS operations.

IVR

IVR integrations have the following roles, operations and tasks:

  • Role: Customer Service

    • Customer Service role can perform the Customer Service Data Access task.

    • Customer Service Data Access can complete the RXINT_POST_RESTORE_CALLS operations.
