DHFC does not allow for inserting a structure on an existing (imported
or placed) section of strand, whether it be underground or overhead.
You can, however, set an underground structure type to node cabinet,
assuming that Designer HFC Catalog is configured with that structure
type. Additionally, you can use the Place Strand 
tool to add the structure and link it to existing stranding.
