Installing the NF600SFBPPL kit, for a PowerPacT L Sub-Feed Circuit Breaker, onto an NF Interior

Remove the backplane insulator from the panelboard by unsnapping the four corners from the end supports, and discard.
NOTE: 600 A panelboard interiors are required for 400 A applications. -
Remove the deadfront assembly. Retain the four screws for reuse.

Remove the neutral lugs and their screws from the neutral plate and discard.

Install the neutral lug assemblies onto the neutral plate using the four 1/4-20 x 9/16-in. screws supplied in the kit. Tighten the four 1/4-20 x 9/16-in. screws to 60-65 lb-in. (6.8-7.3 N•m).

Install the NF 6-in. rail extensions to the existing mounting rails on the line end. Use the rail spices and four 10-32 x 5/16-in. screws supplied in the kit.

Attach the two deadfront support brackets using the two 10-32 x 5/16-in. self-tapping screws supplied in the kit.
