Remove the Battery Cabinet from the Pallet - Galaxy Lithium-ion Battery Cabinet Manuals

Move the battery cabinet as close as possible to the final location with a pallet truck or a forklift before unpacking.

Remove the packaging (cardboard, plastic, and foam corners).

Open the front door, lift it up and remove it.

NOTE: The front door can only be opened at an angle of 120°.

Place the ramp in front of the pallet and fasten to the pallet using the provided bracket.

Remove the front and rear shipping brackets.

NOTE: Save the front and rear shipping brackets for seismic anchoring (if applicable).

Turn the levelling feet until they reach the top position. The casters must have full contact with the pallet.

Roll the battery cabinet carefully down the ramp.

CAUTION
Hazard of personal injury Make a clear path in front of the ramp. Do not stand in front of the ramp while rolling the battery cabinet down the ramp. Failure to follow these instructions can result in injury or equipment damage.

WARNING
Tipping hazard Only roll the battery over even floors. Move at a slow pace and pay close attention on the floor conditions and the balance of the battery cabinet. Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, serious injury, or equipment damage.

CAUTION
heavy load Two persons are required to roll the battery cabinet down from the pallet. Attach appropriate support to the battery cabinet while rolling it down the pallet as the battery cabinet is top heavy. The inclination of the cabinet during loading or unloading shall not exceed 10°. Failure to follow these instructions can result in injury or equipment damage.
