Search for a Pole

Publishes in both WPF and Xam and Android Using guides, and profiled as such

Here’s how to use a feature search to find a pole:

  1. MAUI
In the Search pane, tap the Support Structure's radio button.

  2. MAUI
Type your search criteria. If at least three characters are typed, the app automatically starts the search. If fewer than three characters are typed, you need to tap Search to begin the search. Keep typing characters to further limit the search criteria.

TIP: You can use wildcard characters in searches, and the percent % wildcard is particularly helpful. For example, searching for “pole%01” yields results that include all poles of IDs beginning with pole and ending with 01.
  3. MAUI
Tap the right-facing arrow to the right of a search result to see the details of that pole.
TIP: You are also provided with a bouncing locator in the map to indicate where the pole is located.

  4. MAUI
The pole has additional information, so a second Related tab is available. Tap to view a list of the related items.

  5. MAUI
Tap the magnifying glass to zoom to the pole in the map.
  6. MAUI
