Configuring the cell modem using the display
Use the display to navigate to the setup menus to perform
cell modem setup on your meter.
NOTE: The following configuration steps must be completed
for the cell modem to function properly.
- Press and hold the ALT/ENTER button to access the meter’s setup screens.
- Use the up or down arrow buttons to select CELL SETUP and press ALT/ENTER.
- Configure the settings (Protocol and Port Number) for each
connection.NOTE: To disable the connection to a port, set the Protocol to None. This allows you to restrict the number of simultaneous connections to the meter through the cell modem.
