Troubleshooting

Load does not switch on automatically.

Increase the detection sensitivity in device settings.

Load does not switch off automatically when an Automation is triggered.

Reduce the Action delay time.

Connected load does not switch on.

• Check the power supply.

• Turn the device off and back on again

• Check the load.

• In the case of an external push button, check the wiring.

The device is not ready to pair after the device is removed from the app.

Reset to factory default settings, refer to Reset the device.
