Troubleshooting

Symptom

Possible cause

Device Not Powering ON.

  1. Device is offline.

  2. Check wiring Connection.

  3. Connect only phase and neutral to the device and check power ON status.

  4. Indication LED blinking.

  1. Reset Main Incomer MCB.

  2. Replace the Module.

Functionality

  1. Check the wiring Connection.

  2. Check the load values are within the limits.

  3. Manual operation of relays/loads (L1, L2, L3, L4).

  1. Reset Main Incomer MCB.

  2. Replace the Module.

 

Muxing Issues

  1. Check the wiring Connection.

  2. Check parameter setting

  3. Check the load values are within the limits.

  4. Manual operation.

  1. Check the parameter.

  2. Replace the Module.

Device not pairing

  1. LED Indication on the device

  2. Gateway Height from the ground.(3 Feet Min.)

  3. While pairing the device distance between gateway and device. (Max. 3 Feet)

  4. Try removing from the app and try to pair

  1. Pair the Module near the Gateway

  2. Try on/off S1 Switch for 5 times by keeping app in Add device

Device inactive

  1. Check wiring connection.

  2. Device manual working condition. L1, L2, L3, L4.

  3. Distance between Gateway and Device within the coverage distance of 20 feet.

  4. Include the device by keeping 3 feet distance from the gateway the Gateway.

  1. Try operating the Lights with switches.

  2. Reset Main Incomer MCB

  3. Replace the module

Range issue/Operation failed

  1. Gateway Height from the ground.(3 Feet Min).

  2. Distance between the gateway and the device should be within the coverage range.

  3. Check the signal strength on the Wiser India App

  1. Try operating the Lights with switches.

  2. Reset Main Incomer MCB

  3. Replace the module
