Pairing device manually - Wiser Guides (EU)

On the Home page, tap +.

Tap

, select Wiser Hub and tap Done.

Select any one of the options to add device (A):

To add the device with Install Code, tap Add Device with Install Code to open the slide-up menu. Select any one of the options (B):

Scan Install Code - You can scan the device for the Install Code
Enter Install Code Manually - You can manually enter the install code from the device

After adding the device with Install Code, proceed to Step 6.

TIP: It is recommended to add the device with Install Code for security.

To pair the device without Install Code, tap Add Device without Install Code.

Short press at the right top corner 3 times.

Make sure that the LED blinks orange.

In the app, select Confirm that the LED is blinking (C) and tap Start configuration.

Wait for a few seconds until the LED turns green and the app to show that the device is added successfully.

The green LED shows that the Wireless Switch is successfully connected to the Gateway/Hub.

After the device is added in the app, tap Done.
