Multispeak (optional module)

The following steps are for an optional module pertaining to Multispeak integration.

IMPORTANT: These instructions apply to the following installers:

RxIF.Multispeak30ab_####_Release.msi
RxIF.Multispeak416Service_####_Release.msi

The #### in the installer name represents the release number. For example, if you are installing 10.6.1b, the installer name is RxIF.Multispeak30ab_1061b_Release.msi, and the 10.8.1 installer name is RxIF.Multispeak30ab_1081_Release.msi.

Run the appropriate Multispeak MSI installer. In the Welcome dialog, click Next.
Change the Application Pool to SE.Responder.Integration, then click Next.
Choose a database and click Next.
Type the credentials for the database and click Next.
If Responder Web is installed, the same install location will be used. Otherwise ensure that the location is set to the IIS web root, e.g., C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ or use the Browse button to select it, and click Next.
Start the installation by clicking Install.
The installation will complete and the files will be deployed in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SE.Responder.Integration.Multispeak30ab and C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SE.Responder.Integration.Multispeak416.Service respectively.
Repeat the above steps for Multispeak 4.1.6.
