Operating Systems

The following operating system versions are required:

Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer
- With IIS 6 or later

Windows Server 2012 and later
- Windows Desktop 10 and later
- Wiith IIS 7.5 or later

Microsoft .NET Framework Requirements

Version 4 and 3.5 of the Microsoft .NET Framework is required.

Version 4.6.1 and 3.5 of the Microsoft .NET Framework is required.
Microsoft .NET Framework requires client and extended installation

IIS Configuration Requirements

WCF Services for http should be enabled as a feature in the IIS server.

Oracle Pre-requisites

The following versions of Oracle Software and associated clients are supported:

Oracle 11g Client and later on Servers (32 bit)
Oracle ODAC 12c (32 bit)

Testing Software

The following free tools are very useful for validating the configurations of RxIF and third party systems being integrated (AMI, SCADA, etc.). They are also invaluable for troubleshooting issues with communication between these systems.
