The device is not reset correctly.

Reset to factory default settings, refer to Resetting the device manually.

Data not available in the control panel page.

  • The device is offline.
  • System/Hub is unable to receive data from the device.
  • Ethernet connection is incorrect

Restart the device. Also, ensure to correct the Ethernet connection.
