Incidents

In the event that something goes awry, check the Incidents tab for any open cases that might be affecting users’ devices. The Schneider Electric support team monitors all incidents and immediately posts them here.

NOTE: Any new “high” or “critical” incidents generate a popup message that displays at application launch.

You can Filter by Status {Active, Closed} or Severity {Low, Medium, High, Critical} by using the drop-down lists at the top.

Email Notifications

Email notifications are configured in the Settings area > Email Settings tab. For convenience, the Incidents header provides a quick link to Open Incident Notifications Settings where you can configure your email preferences.
