Programming a New System

NOTE: Use a top-down approach for controller setup and programming. Each sub-screen is to be set up in order as shown by the Table of Contents. Refer to the Controller Screen Access Levels for screen accessibility as well as location of particular sub-screens.

From the MAIN MENU screen, select SETUP.

The SETUP MENU screen displays:
From the SETUP MENU, choose from:
- I/O TERMINAL: Set the terminal name and terminal type.
- INPUT: Set the input’s name, assign terminals and/or C-Bus™ groups, timers, syncing, and high/low threshold values.
- ZONE: Set the zone’s name, sources, priorities, comms loss action, and assign breakers.
- PANEL: Set the breaker’s name, blink type, on time alarm timer, and type. Set the Panel’s name, configuration, breaker start number, and sequence.
- SCHEDULE: Add and schedule special days and periods.
- CONTROLLER: Set the Controller’s name (displayed on Main Menu). Set the Breaker‘s various timing values. Set the Clock’s date/time, DST, geographic location, time zone, and clock format.
- COMMS: Set the serial and Ethernet communications.
