Resetting the TeSys H Motor Starter
Manual Reset with the SET/RESET Button
To reset the TeSys H motor starter manually, lift the cover and press the SET/RESET button on the front of the device.
Wait for at least 2 minutes after the motor starter has tripped before you reset it.

The length of conductors used to connect terminals Y1, Y2 and Y3 must not be more than 30 m (98.4
ft).
Failure to follow these instructions can result in equipment damage.

To reset the TeSys H motor starter remotely, connect a NO contact between terminals Y1 and Y2.
Wait for at least 2 minutes after the starter motor has tripped before you reset it.
(1) The voltage of the common Y1 is equal to the power supply voltage of the TeSys H motor starter.

To reset the TeSys H motor starter automatically, install a jumper between the Y1 and Y3 terminals.
The motor starter resets automatically after 20 minutes. It is possible to reset the motor starter manually or remotely after two minutes, if required.
(1) The voltage of the common Y1 is equal to the power supply voltage of the TeSys H motor starter.
