Pairing the device

Connect your mobile device with your home Wi-Fi network and use the Wiser app to access and control it.

To pair the device:

IMPORTANT: Before pairing the device, connect your mobile to the home
Wi-Fi network.

Open the Wiser app.
On the Home page, tap Devices (A).
Tap + (B) to add a device.
The Add Device page appears.
The Add Device page includes the following tabs:
- Preferred (C): This tab allows you to select a device directly from the preferred list.
- All (D): This tab includes all available devices for you to select from.
TIP: You can select a device from either tab based on your preference.
- Select Preferred > Single In-Wall Relay.
- Select All > Switches and Controls > Wi-Fi Switches and Controls > Single In-Wall Relay.
Select any one of the following switch types based on your preference and tap Save (G):
- ON/OFF Button (E)
- Push Button (F)
Press the reset button 2 times in 10 s.
The LED indicator rapidly blinks red.
NOTE: If the LED does not blink, reset the device and attempt pairing again. For instructions on resetting the device, refer to Resetting the device.
Tap Next.
Add the following Device Information:
- Enter Device Name (H): Enter the name of the device.
- Select Load Type (I): Select the load type based on the device requirement.
- Assign Existing Room (J): Select an existing room from the list.
NOTE: If your room is not in the existing room, create a new one.
- Add New Room (K): Create a new room.
Tap Next.

NOTE: To begin scanning for devices, make sure to enable Bluetooth permissions.
Tap MAC ID (L).

NOTE: If you are unable to find the device, tap Search again (M).
Tap XXXX Wi-Fi and choose Wi-Fi network. Tap Change (N) to change the Wi-Fi network.
Enter the Wi-Fi password in the password field.

NOTE: After entering the password, the Confirm (O) button will be enabled.
Tap Confirm (O). The progress of the device addition will be displayed.

Now, you can see the newly added devices on the Devices page.
