ConduitJunction Feature Class

The Conduit Junction feature class is an optional feature class used when splitting a conduit feature into two segments.

To take advantage of this functionality, create a point feature class called ConduitJunction in the Electric Dataset.

Alias: Conduit Junction

Type of features: Designer Simple Junction Feature

Geometric network: UndergroundNetwork

In ArcFM Properties, on the Object Info tab, set Split On Edit to Yes.

Additional configuration is needed on the ConduitSystem feature class. Esure the following are set on that feature class:

• The SPLITTARGET model name is applied.

• Set the ArcFM Conduit Split AU on After Feature Split.

• Under the Split Policy Information tab, check Custom Relationship Split Policy and set to Preserve on All.
