Configure the Risk Matrix

The App settings tab lets you configure the risk matrix. This color-coded graph shows the assets with the heath and criticality index to help visualize the overall monetized risk of your assets. The risk index is unique to each workspace and this window lets you customize how the data is seen.

The risk levels, columns, and rows are setup to represent the a range of values seen in the data. The threshold for each value uses a maximum and minimum number that is represented in the graph.

To customize or update the graph:

  1. Determine the number of desired risk levels and click the plus sign. The number of levels typically follows the asset property reporting data.

Example: If you create four risk levels, they can represent low, medium, high, and critical.

  2. Optional: Change the color for each risk level.

  3. Select the number of columns for the health index, and rows for the criticality index.

  4. Under Health index, enter the minimum and maximum values for each risk level.

  5. Under Criticality index, enter the minimum and maximum values for each risk level.

  6. Hover over the graph and assign a risk level to the new cells. The default is set to the highest risk level.

  7. Perform asset calculation to include the new rows and columns into the risk matrix.

The right side of the window is configured by the implementation team and contains a workspace logo, number of customers, and the currency for the monetary data.
