Ticket categorization helps to identify what type of rule is running behind tickets triggered by events.

The following categories are added:

Communication

Thresholds
The new categories are added in the Source list when creating or editing a ticket template.

Improved visibility with new filter criteria to select events in OMD (available in Portfolio events, Site events and Asset events tabs). The following features are available:

Filtering by category assigned to event rule

Filtering category added for DCS Advisor (to replace checkbox)

No predefined options, all filters are listed by default

When one or more categories are selected, click Apply to filter data

Improvement in event screens which now include category or source of ticket
