Ticket Categorization

Ticket categorization helps to identify what type of rule is running behind tickets triggered by events.

  • The following categories are added:

    • Communication

    • Thresholds

    The new categories are added in the Source list when creating or editing a ticket template.

  • Improved visibility with new filter criteria to select events in OMD (available in Portfolio events, Site events and Asset events tabs). The following features are available:

    • Filtering by category assigned to event rule

    • Filtering category added for DCS Advisor (to replace checkbox)

    • No predefined options, all filters are listed by default

    • When one or more categories are selected, click Apply to filter data

  • Improvement in event screens which now include category or source of ticket
