New Report for ESP for Fire Prevention Offer

For sites with ESP offer for Fire Prevention, the EAA web portal allows the user to generate a new Electric fire prevention report.

• Clicking on the New button, then on New report triggers an automated report for the time frame selected in the dates picker.

• After a few minutes, the report comes up into the Reports tab for the site.

  

• The report displays a new layout:

  • On the front page:

    • New report title, with service offer name.

    • Dates: selected time frame for content selection, and creation date.

    • Name of the user who generated the report.

    • Customer (end user) and site name, and the picture associated to the customer when available.

    • Partner name managing this customer site, and the picture of the partner if applicable.

    

  • There is a table of contents that displays the following information:

    • Summary sections with connections information: contract starting date, number of assets connected, communications status and date when data started to flow (Go live date).

    • The Fire Index Matrix for the period selected, with informational text about the matrix.

    • The fire index history during the selected period, only if there were events with status update. Only if the fire index and monitoring level are different from zero, the picture in Electrical view(single line diagram) without the assets condition bubble.

    • Summary table with events sorted by priority and status.

    • Chart to summarize the number of events that are Open or In progress at the time the report was created.

    • Chart to summarize the number of events that were new during the report time frame.

    • Environmental information.
