Management of Tokens for Northbound and Southbound APIs
As an external user (customer or third party), you have access to the Exchange portal to subscribe to Northbound (customer) or Southbound API (third party).
The management of tokens for Northbound and Southbound APIs is the following:

You submit a request for subscription to the Exchange support team.

The Exchange support team generates a customer identifier (CID) associated with your subscription.

The Exchange support team sends the CID to the EAA-ED team (an administrator or a CSH user).

A link is established between the CID and your account in EAA-ED application.

You can generate a personal access token (PAT) associated with your CID and your name/e-mail address.

The PAT allows you to connect to the Northbound or Southbound API.
