Install the IP40 Kit (E3MOPT017) on a 60-80 kVA 400 V UPS with internal batteries

NOTE: Rear access is required to install the IP40 kit on the UPS.
  1. Remove the rear gland plate and the rear brush plate from the UPS. Save the brush plate for reinstallation.

  2. Remove the four rear plates. Discard the plates and save the screws.
  3. Install the new IP40 rear plates from the IP40 kit with M5 screws.

  4. Reinstall the rear brush plate and the rear gland plate.

  5. Install the provided IP40 frame from the IP40 kit with M4 screws.

  6. Install the provided IP40 gland plates with M4 screws.

  7. Install the provided IP40 cover with M4 screws.
