The Water heater has gone offline.

  • The Water heater is not On.

  • The Water heater is no longer in signal range of the Hub.

  • Turn the Water heater On and Off.

  • Move the Wiser Hub closer to the Water heater.

Unable to join to the Wiser Hub (blinking red LED)

  • Poor signal between the Wiser Hub and Water heater.

  • The devices have no power (Water heater / Wiser Hub/ Wi-Fi® network).

  • Rejoin the Water heater in the app.

  • Turn on the devices power (Water heater/Wiser Hub/ Wi-Fi® network).
