Resetting the HeatTag Sensor to Factory Settings

The HeatTag sensor has lost communication with the panel server or gateway for more than 15 minutes when:

• The operation LED is green (blinking or steady).

• The network status LED flashes red.

To reset the HeatTag sensor to factory settings:

1. Press the operation button for more than 8 s until the network status LED turns steady red.

2. Release the button.

   Result: The network status LED turns steady orange (HeatTag sensor unpaired, with factory settings).
