Troubleshooting in Quick Home Connect

LED displays amber on the Puck (shutter controller)

Pairing not completed and returned to factory reset.

Pair the Wiser Wireless switch and the device again. Refer to .Wireless shutter control for build in (Puck).

Wiser Wireless switch not able to control the device reliably.

The Wiser Wireless switch and the device are too far away from each other.

Place the Wiser Wireless switch in a position closer to the device.

The Wiser Wireless switch lost pairing.

Pair the device again

The Wiser Wireless switch battery is discharged.

Control multiple devices with one Wiser Wireless switch.

To centralize control with one Wiser Wireless switch, first pair it with already connected devices. Then, pair the new device to existing group/network.
