Full Catalog
This tab is for exporting all Project Files, Groupings, and all Components.
There are three Export options:

Existing Catalog Data |
This exports all of the catalog data. All entries are exported to the same Excel table, and they are separated in different Excel tabs. |

Template Only |
Creates an Excel table properly formatted with headers and tabs, but provides no actual catalog items for the types selected. This is a good first step if you are performing a data migration from a different system. That way, you know what DHFC is looking for upon Import. |

Template and Sample Data |
Creates an Excel table properly formatted with headers and tabs, and provides generic examples of the catalog item for the types selected. This is a good first step if you are performing a data migration from a different system. That way, you know what DHFC is looking for upon Import. |
Further, use the toggle to include Deprecated Resources, or not.
Before clicking Export, you can decide whether to Clear log before export, or not. The log tracks timestamps of the export process and successful completion of export steps. If you choose not to clear, the log continues to grow with each export. If you choose to clear, all previous log entries are deleted and only the most recent log is available.
Once you have made your selections, click Export. You can watch the log track your progress along the right-hand side of the interface. The Excel table opens automatically when the export is complete.
