Project Files
This tab is for exporting the Project Files that exist in the catalog. Before exporting, there are a few choices to make.
-
First, there are two decisions under Export Options: Dependent Components and Deprecated Resources.
-
If you include Deprecated Resources, the deprecated Project Files appear in the list of projects, but they are crossed out.
-
-
Then, below the Export Options, check the Project Files you want to include in the Export.
-
You can click the “None” button to clear all selections, then check only the desired Project Files.
-
Project Files are sorted by date of creation, with the oldest on top and the newest on bottom.
TIP: If you toggle Deprecated Resources off and then back on, the deprecated projects “jump” to the bottom of the list. -
Always double-check the number of selected to make sure it is what you are expecting.
-
Before clicking Export, you can decide whether to Clear log before export, or not. The log tracks timestamps of the export process and successful completion of export steps. If you choose not to clear, the log continues to grow with each export. If you choose to clear, all previous log entries are deleted and only the most recent log is available.
Once you have made your selections, click Export. You can watch the log track your progress along the right-hand side of the interface. The Excel table opens automatically when the export is complete.
