Multiple Tenant Drop-Down

If you work with multiple tenants, use the drop-down to quickly change to a different tenant. This is much faster than signing out and signing back in to a different tenant. For example, you might have production and development tenants, especially during the implementation phase, and this is a quick way to toggle between the two configurations.

For this drop-down to appear, the following requirements must be met:

• Your company has more than one tenant.

• Your user is allowed to view multiple tenants.

• The tenants have been mapped in Client Configuration.
