Perform Solution Center Configurations

Solution Center configurations are a good place to start when implementing DHFC. It is especially important to set up your equipment catalog early in the process. Having said that, in practice you will likely be working in Solution Center and also Configuring the Geodatabase in tandem.

Many configurations for DHFC are performed in Solution Center, including:

• Managing the equipment catalog.

• Connecting the DHFC application to the published map service.

• Building reference maps for end users.

• Controlling tombstone printing.

• Choosing units of measure.

• Uploading the schema.xml.

• Exporting the equipment catalog to Excel.

• Importing the equipment catalog from Excel.
