Troubleshoot Wavepoint XI Errors

If any actions in the Wavepoint XI interface generate errors, a message is seen at the top of the window. Here are some examples.

If these messages cannot be resolved, additional logging is recorded in Application Insights within Microsoft Azure, our hosting platform. Your administrator may be able to help. If not, they should go to myArcFM to open a ticket with the Schneider Electric ArcFM customer support team to resolve the issue.
