Resetting the PIN via eSetup app

If you lose the commissioning PIN, you can reset the PIN to default value using the eSetup app.

Open eSetup app, select Schneider Charge and tap Skip the tutorial.
Power on the Schneider Charge, when the Side indicator light turns solid green, tap Yes, it is green in the app.
When the Side indicator light turns solid green, press and hold the side push button for 3 s.
This will create a temporary wireless network, which will be active for 4 mins.

NOTE: If the side LED indicator light is off, turn off the charging station and then turn on to re-activate the side button.
In the app, tap Yes, it’s breathing green, and perform one of the following method to scan the QR code located on the side of your Schneider Charge to connect to the temporary wireless network.
Connect manually:
1. Tap Connect manually > Open Wi-Fi Settings.
2. Select the SchneiderCharge_##-##-## from the list and enter Wi-Fi® password located on the side of the device.
3. Once connected, return to the Wiser Home app.
Tap Open camera:
IMPORTANT: Enable the camera for Wiser Home app only.
1. Tap Open camera.
2. Tap OK, on the pop-up dialog box.
3. Scan the QR code on the right-side of the Schneider Charge, to join the temporary wireless network.
On the screen enter the New PIN, confirm the PIN and tap Save.

NOTE: The PIN must contain 6 to 16 digits, cannot contain the same digit more than thrice and the PIN should not have six digits in sequence.
New PIN is set successful.
Enter New PIN and tap Reset PIN.

After reset, app displays the status.
