Connect the Power Cables in a Maintenance Bypass Cabinet with Output Transformer

NOTE: Route the input cables, load cables, and DC cables separately to avoid EMC disturbance.
NOTE: Route the power cables in front of the horizontal bracket in the top or bottom of the maintenance bypass cabinet to ensure correct separation from the transformer.
  1. Route the input cables through the top or bottom of the maintenance bypass cabinet and connect to the input busbars and the PE busbar.

  2. Route the load cables through the top or bottom of the maintenance bypass cabinet and connect to the load busbars, the N busbar, and the PE busbar.
  3. Perform one of the following:
    • For top cable entry: Route the DC cables through the top of the maintenance bypass cabinet and connect to the DC busbars and the PE busbar.
    • For bottom cable entry: Route the DC cables through the bottom of the UPS. Follow the UPS installation manual to connect the DC cables.
  4. Fasten the power cables to the horizontal bracket in the top or bottom of the maintenance bypass cabinet with cable ties.
