Replacing the batteries

Replace the batteries when the battery is low or critically low. The center LED of the thermostat will signal when the batteries need to be replaced.

+ LED	Centre LED	– LED	Meaning
Off	Solid Red, for 1s, once per hour.	Off	Battery, low. Replace. NOTE: This sends notification to the app.
Off	Flashes Red, for 5s, once per minute.	Off	Batteries critically low. Replace immediately. NOTE: This sends notification to the app.

Replace the batteries with 2*1.5V IEC LR6 (AA) alkaline batteries. Check the batteries ("+" and "-" ends) are correctly oriented. The polarity is indicated on the device's terminals.

NOTE: Used batteries should be disposed of according to statutory regulations. They must be recycled properly which help to protect the environment and reduce the waste of precious resources.
