Pairing the device with the Wiser Hub

Using the Wiser Home app, you can pair the Aidoo with the Wiser Hub to control the Heat Pump.

Pre-requisite:

Prior to the installation of the Heat Pump, make sure that:
- The Heat Pump functions properly and provides heat to all the rooms of the home.
- If it requires adjustments or repair, you must contact the Heat Pump supplier. Wiser Home app is not the appropriate tool to repair or adjust the Heat Pump.
Set-up the Aidoo:
- Install the Aidoo as per the instructions provided in the device box.
- Download the Airzone cloud app on your smart phone and use it to connect Airzone devices to your specified network. Remember to provide a name to your device in the Airzone app to quickly recognize it while discovering the device in the Wiser Home app.
- Make sure that the Aidoo device is updated with the latest system version.
  NOTE:
  - If you face any issue, you can visit the support page on the Airzone website for assistance.
  - After updating the Aidoo, the device resumes normal operation automatically. If it does not respond immediately, restart the unit to complete the update and reconnect it to the Wiser Home app.
    
    To restart the device:
    1. Disconnect the power supply from the Aidoo device by unplugging the external power adapter or switching off the circuit that powers it.
    2. Wait for about 10-15 seconds to make sure that the power is fully cut off.
    3. Reconnect the power supply.
    4. Wait for the device to reboot.
      
      NOTE: You can see green LEDs blinking while Aidoo is connecting to the Wi-Fi. They turn to solid green, when the Aidoo is connected to the Wi-Fi.
    This process forces the Aidoo to restart and can help resolve issues like unresponsiveness after a firmware update.
Before pairing the Aidoo with the Wiser Hub, make sure that:
- The Heat Pump should be powered ON.
- Both the Wiser Hub and the Aidoo are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  
  NOTE: Only one Heat Pump can be connected to the Wiser Hub via the Wi-Fi network.

To pair the Aidoo with the Wiser Hub:

On the Home screen, tap .
Tap Devices > > Climate > Aidoo Pro Heat Pump.

TIP: You can also navigate by tapping Control > > Climate > Aidoo Pro Heat Pump.

The Beta Feature screen appears, read the complete message. If you agree, tap Continue to proceed.
On the Aidoo Pro Heat Pump setup, tap Next (A).

After a few seconds, the Aidoo Pro Heat Pump setup page will display the available Heat Pump.
NOTE:
- If prerequisites are not met, the app displays the related instructions. Follow the instructions and retry.
- If no new devices are discovered, refer to Troubleshooting.
Tap Next.
Aidoo now appears on the Control tab and within the Energy Centre tab.
NOTE: After commissioning, wait until the Aidoo device name (if assigned in the Airzone app) and the temperature appear on the Control tab in the Wiser Home app. This ensures full synchronization before making any changes to these fields.
