Decommissioning a Wiser System

Remove all Devices from the System.

Reset all Devices to the factory settings.

Reset the Hub to the factory settings.
Removing a device
Possible reasons:

The Device needs to be replaced.
-
The Device is no longer needed in the Wiser System.
Steps:

Remove the Device from the Wiser System.

Reset the Device to the factory settings.

Resetting the Wiser System
Possible reasons:
-
You are moving out of the house and want to prepare it for the next owner.

Ownership of the Wiser System is to be transferred to another user.
Steps:

Reset the Hub. Refer to Resetting to factory defaults

Delete your Account.
