Components and Order of Installation

Install the following products in the following order:

  1. ArcGIS Desktop 10.6.1

  2. ArcFM Desktop 10.6.1a

  3. Responder Server 10.6.1a

  4. Responder Web 10.6.1a

  5. Responder Client(s) 10.6.1a

  6. Responder Integration Framework Server (RxIF)

    • RxIF Server

  7. Optional (see note below) Responder Integration Framework Components

    • To re-install components, first remove them through Add/Remove Programs

    IMPORTANT: These modules are the integration points for your Responder OMS. You will typically install more than one of the following modules to integrate your systems. You will likely need a connection/staging application such as CIM or MultiSpeak, and an internal message processing bus such as the AMI, SCADA, IVR, or CIS applications, depending on your ecosystem. The Client installer will house any user functionality you may expect. However, the MockServices can be used to setup, understand, and test “dummy” services using test tools in a pre-production environment.
